I am someone with ADHD and an ADHD life coach working with women who have ADHD or are married to someone with ADHD or have children with ADHD. I help people with time management, clutter, procrastination, meeting deadlines and social skills. I decided to start this group to allow people to come together is a safe and supportive environment.
Whether you are hoping to learn more about parenting techniques, information about school, educational and community issues, or whether you are looking for your own support and self-care around caring for these sometimes difficult to parent children, this group is intended for you so come gain support and learn about the realities of parenting a child with autism or ADHD
This group which meets monthly to provide support and information to caregivers of individuals with ADHD. We will be meeting the 2nd Thursday of the month.
